Refund Policy – RoxoHost
At RoxoHost, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any service.
1. Eligible Services for Refund
Refunds are applicable only for Shared Hosting plans purchased directly from RoxoHost.
❌ Refunds are NOT applicable for:
- VPS Hosting
- Dedicated Servers
- Domain registrations, renewals, or transfers
- SSL certificates
- Add-on services
- Custom or promotional offers
2. Refund Period
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of Shared Hosting account activation.
- Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Conditions
A refund will be processed only if:
- The Shared Hosting service is used normally
- The account has not violated RoxoHost’s Terms of Service
- No abusive, illegal, or malicious activity is detected
4. No Refund for Misuse or Malicious Activity
Refunds will be strictly denied if the hosting account is found involved in:
- Malware or virus distribution
- Phishing, hacking, or spam activities
- Illegal content hosting
- Excessive resource abuse
- Any activity that harms servers, networks, or other users
In such cases, the account may be suspended or terminated without notice, and no refund will be issued.
5. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI / payment gateway).
- Refund processing time may take 5–7 working days, depending on the payment provider.
6. How to Raise a Refund Ticket
To request a refund, customers must raise a support ticket or contact us with the following details:
- Registered email address
- Order ID / Invoice number
- Hosting plan name
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund
Refund requests without proper details may be delayed or rejected.
7. Policy Updates
RoxoHost reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
